ShipConstructor installation on top of AutoCad verticals

from the Best Of Breed white paper.

"However, in order to provide utmost flexibility to the client, each ShipConstructor installation can be performed on top of any one of the many AutoCAD verticals available today. This allows a client to tailor the ShipConstructor experience to each user based on the tasks that user is to perform. A piping designer can use ShipConstructor on top of an instance of AutoCAD P&ID allowing both toolsets to be available in the ShipConstructor environment."

We use AutoCAD Mechanical 2005 & 2008, but the Mechanical tools are not available in the ShipConstructor environment. Does the above statement not include AutoCad Mechanical?
